"Well equipped house with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and clean. Location was fantastic as it is right beside restaurants and a lovey park that my kids enjoyed. You can park for free directly outside the house. Shower could do with a bleach around the joints but other than that no faults. "

Staff were friendly and professional, but also made a fuss of the children and made them feel special, which was just lovely, especially for the birthday girl! Hotel was clean throughout, comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless, breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the kids loved the pool also. Overall a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!"

"The family room was very spacious and the bathroom with corner bathtub and shower cubicle also a good size. The staff were all very friendly and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. Bottles of water and tea, coffee and biscuits were replenished each day and we had a few drinks from the bar each night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again on my next belfast visit."

"Lovely hotel in a convenient place if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. Parking is expensive but it suited us well for our stay to just forget the car in a safe place. I could be really picky about tiny details like the stupid position of the soap over the bath and the height of the shaving mirror but generally it is excellent. Helpful, friendly staff and we really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner. "

"Tony was wonderful. As manager he was able to fix small and large situations. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respected by his staff, which says a lot. They look up to him. I didn't say anything but the Belfast Hilton mattresses are a big problem for those who keep their weight in check. It isn't noticeable when looking at them but I, at 103 lbs was sleeping in a trench. On the ship, I was able to get the mattress changed as I was sleeping in an uncomfortable long hollowed...
