"Pool was not functioning. Hotel adverises they have a spa when complaint was made they said that they don’t run the spa. It was a serious complaint and now after having another massage elsewhere for $120,000 dong compared to the $600,000 I was charged makes me even more dissatisfied with this hotel. Check out the spa, the pool, the 4th, 5th & 15th floor before staying here. The reviews for this place are not accurate or else people are completely fooled by it’s appearance which is deceptive!"
