"The property is extremely well-situated in the old town, and the pick-up/drop off service from the entrance to the car free zone is extremely helpful. Though there is a bit of shabbiness (my bathroom fixtures were loose and/or broken, which didn’t really affect their use), it was made up for by the very friendly staff. The pool is small but in such a beautiful location and there were lots of loungers. The only real complaint is the noise ffom the outdoor clubs that goes on past “quiet time”. Sadly, there’s probably not much the hotel can do about it, and earplugs helped a lot. Considering the price of competing properties, this was good value."

"This is a lovely family run accommodation. They work so hard and tirelessly to ensure your stay is restful and without issues. We got on very well with the owners and they helped us with many things and gave us lots of advice on things to do locally. It is refreshing to see owners who care about their guests and they are always on hand to help in any way they can. An example of this was on our last day, one of the owners followed us to the bus station because they thought we had left something behind. Most people would ignore this but they went out of their way to see if it belonged to us. It did not actually belong to us but we appreciated their kindness and honesty. We will definitely visit Ulcinj again and would be delighted to stay at the Aqua Lounge. Swimming was clean and breakfast was homemade and felt like a lot of love went into it every morning."

"Beautiful resort, visited early August during high season and it never felt crowded. Resort had plenty of sun chairs and we never had an issue to find four for our family no matter the time of day. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had lots of choices. Really enjoyed the restaurant by the adult pool (forgot the name), spectacular spot to watch the sunset. Staff were very friendly and prepared lunch bags for us the day of departure which was so sweet! Was very pleased to see that the “zoo” mentioned in previous reviews was empty. We walked around the whole resort and some areas could use attention, like the beach volleyball court. Tried the outdoor gym one morning, although the most amazing view, was way too hot for me to workout since outdoors and no fans. Overall an amazing stay!"

"The owners are super helpful and when we had a problem with the A/C unit they got it fixed right away. Spacious apartment with all the basics (plates, cups, utensils, etc). I would recommend."

"Location peacefully located in best part of Montenegro close to Ulqin and close to Bar or Kotor. View was spectacular and beach was amazing let's not forget food and staff are what makes that place I would go again and again"
