Did not like the restaurant booking service. Very slow and it could be done in a less time consuming manner (online, via phone or on arrival). Did not like the time that take to get the laundry picked up and returned back.

Bienvenue chez les Anglais

Holiday Villages est un club First Choice anglais, pour les Anglais, animé par des Anglais. C’tres familial (enfants jusqu’à 12ans, pas prévu pour les ados) C’est bien de le savoir. certaines animations enfants comme l’accrobranche n’acceptent pas les enfants qui ont réservé via hôtels.com et non via un tour opérateur. Nourriture variée et plutôt bonne. Animations et musique omniprésentes. Spectacles du soir pour enfants très professionnels (en anglais) L’acces Aux parasols plage n’est pas payant. Une des piscines est réservée aux premiums.

Disappointment

Housekeeping is so bad and under expectation. They even did not change bed linings during our 5 days holiday. They did not clean the floor of the room. Sun beds are always busy and we could not find any place after 08:30 everyday. They say ‘ we are all inclusive ‘ hotel but they are not. With that money that I paid we could go to Maldives and get better service and holiday. Fridge in the room was empty, when I asked them to bring water and some juice etc. they said it will be charged to your room. Is it really all inclusive ??? I am talking about water!!! Not even whisky or beer! Quality and service was generally poor.

Das einzige was mir und meiner Freundin gefallen hat, war das Meer. Die Unterkunft, trotz neu im Katastrophenfalen Zustand. Schimmel im bad, Klodeckel kaputt, Türe viel nicht ins Schloss, weil es verzogen war, Putz kaputt usw. Schade, auch das das Personal so unflexibel ist und die Security auffällig arbeitet. Fazit, wir brauchen es nicht mehr und bei den allgemeinen günstigen Preisen in Ulcinj nehmen wir lieber was anderes, in Zukunft.

Hotel Top, Essen ein flop (mehrheitlich nur Schweine Fleisch. ) Bei einem Hotel am Meer wünscht man sich mehr Fisch. An 7 Tagen gab es an 3 tagen Fisch.
