"The view from the lake-facing room was amazing! Our room was comfortable and clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from two train stations, Epesses and Cully, with great rail connections. The road and railway traffic is pretty noisy and constant. Parking is limited. Overall a great place to stay, with easy connections/drive to Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux and Geneva."

"No bar, clean room, but the air-conditioning in the room was not working properly. That made the room stay too warm during the night."

"L’hôtel est d’une grande propriété, le personnel est d’une gentillesse. On a voulu manger au restaurant le soir et c’était complet mais le personnel de la terrasse on tout fait et nous ont trouvé une place et on a pu profiter de la vue magnifique sur les vignobles et le lac Leman. Les lits sont très confortables et la vue est magique. Je recommande cet hôtel même si le restaurant est un peu cher mais vaut vraiment le coup pour la qualité de la nourriture et la vue .. "

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."

"Parking very easy awesome. Breakfast perfect and cheap if you have to pay but mine was included. Beach 10 min walk but dont go to university area on GPS as get lost..staff should explain exact directions and tell you train is free to other places without asking. There is a shuttle too. Overall great nearly 5 star but staff should know and explain great places and direct carefully and not after the fact. Other strange things are no ice machi es, no dressers in rooms and soaps that smell very...

"Lovely boutique hotel close to the station and centre of town - an easy walk. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower worked well and some toiletries were included. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. My only (small) issue was that the hallways are a little empty with an open stairway at the end so noise can echo around. I could hear other guests leaving their rooms in the morning. I still gave the hotel 5 stars though"
