"Gap under the door makes a blowing draught. Again rust on door frame. Changed the towels, which I actually asked for them not to do,but couldn't restock the coffee and milk. Breakfast was acceptable with a reasonable choice. Coffee from the pump urn tasted like yesterdays used grounds every day I was there, wasn't a pleasant experience, especially as coffee is a definite need first thing in the morning. "The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc.
I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day.

"Room not clean had to ask for towels and a flannel. The towels they gave us had a hole in one and the other was thin and frayed around the edges. Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Blanket for the bed had stains on it and we had constant noise from neighboring apartments at night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep."
