"Couple of great things about Dagny - location is excellent for Seaport and Downtown Boston. Gym is excellent and the breakfast cafe and restaurant are really very good. However the WiFi is useless - so be aware. Also there is scaffolding around the whole hotel just now - April 26- and it’s noisy during the day. Also be aware of the $30 resort charge! For what I’m not sure but you need to pay it."

"The service of the staff was 5-star: I arrived at the hotel last-minute as the restaurant (w/beautiful harbor views) was closing —> Drinks and coffee appeared like magic, and a burger and fries were charred for me. (Carlos even remembered the mustard, TY!) Did I mention I asked for early check-in? Not a problem for Nancy. When I left the next morning, Chad at the first desk kept me company until the very-convenient shuttle arrived. It’s good to hear what’s going on in Boston. When I stay here, I feel someone will take care of me if I need something."

"Very clean hotel, very comfortable bed, large room and large bathroom! Very close to everything. However: bathroom has a barn door that you can completely see into the bathroom with the door closed and it doesn’t quiet any bathroom noise. There’s no coffee, unless you buy from the attached coffee shop, or use the room coffee maker that made bland dark water. The subway runs under the building and it feels like there’s an earthquake starting; this occurs very frequently. There’s a lot of extra fees (taxes, convenience charges, just a lot) when you pay the final bill."

"This hotel gets a lot of use and it shows. The lobby, bar, and breakfast areas are worn and dirty. The booth seats in the breakfast area are permanently filthy. My room was clean enough. There is no on site restaurant so you’ll have to jay-walk across a busy divided road to reach the two walkable restaurants, or a ten minute Uber to get to some other restaurants."
