"Hilton email stated you will be picked up by the red courtesy sign down stairs. I was told it will be 10 minutes for pick up. I waited 45 minutes only be told after I called that the bus is upstairs! The driver said that they don’t do pick ups in the night downstairs-well then update your correspondence! Plus they took my number and never try to call me see where I’m at!! Not good"

"Great location in downtown Boston by the Seaport. Did not realize the rooms were so small. not a lot of space for two people. Not much room for suitcases Very cozy. They really utilized every inch of space. Wish they had proper parking. Overall, the staff was very friendly."
