"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"The hotel is fine. Good location in Paradise Island at a walking distance to Cabbage Island and Atlantis. There is entertainment (dance classes, karaoke, song title guess, live bands) and games (checkers, chess, pool, ping pong and others). The swimming pool is not to big but is it ok. The hotel is by a small lagoon and the ocean. Food was good at the buffet and a la carte restaurant. Good experience overall. My first in an all inclusive hotel."

"This hotel was absolutely terrible. The conditions sucked; we had barely any water the whole stay and we were woken up by a “false alarm” fire alarm 2 nights out the 3 we were there. The hotel smelled horrible throughout the hallways, and there were roaches near the vending machines that didn’t even have water in them. The rooms were clean though, and the only reason you might want to stay here is for the free Atlantis passes. However, it isn’t worth it at all. Next time, I will be staying at...

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"Humidity was so high in room my clothes the sheets and even things I put in safe were soaked. They moved me to another room which was under original and sane problem. I gave up. Obviously problem with dehumidifier. Also no AC in gym. Black mold problem in gym was so bad gym stunk and could smell from outside building. Toilet did not work Had to request multiple times to get room cleaned. Coffee in room but no coffee maker"

"The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The staff, from the reception area onward, were welcoming, helpful, and polite, which made the stay pleasant. The only downside was that the rooms were not soundproof, and the breakfast was definitely not worth the price. If breakfast is not included in your booking, I would recommend trying nearby restaurants instead, as the food outside is much cheaper and offers better value."

When we arrived, we waited at the gate for a long time with no assistance. "Good but overpriced. Surprise of a huge daily deposit that is in the small print. We saw multiple people at check in that weren’t aware of it. Food was excellent but slow service. Room was very comfortable but they do turn the AC down at night. Views and balconies are incredible however walls are very thin and we had neighbors that partied loudly all night which was unpleasant. No security on the grounds that we ever saw.
