"Great location. Grocery on bottom floor. Parking garage attached. Subway 2 blocks away. Only partial con is there is no A/C but staff provided fans which we only really needed one night. After comparing room size and the fact many properties don't have A/C. I would definitely stay there if I traveled to london again."

"Excellent service throughout the 9 nights stay. Great location to see the major attractions. Room had thoughtful design for charging your devices. The bed comfortable and larger than expected. Tesco Express within 2 minutes walk. Embankment station within 2 minutes walk. The staff was efficient and unobtrusive."

Its location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making travel hassle-free. Plus, having a supermarket only 50 meters away was incredibly convenient for daily essentials. "The hotel staff were very kind and very helpful. The rooms were always kept clean. It was safe and the restaurants in the area were excellent and tasty. However, there were days when I couldn't sleep because of the construction noise early in the morning. I would like to use this hotel again next time."

"This aparthotel was perfect. Able to make breakfast every morning and the evenings we were too tired to eat out the fantastic M&S food is 2 blocks away. Fresh towels every day. Everything to make a home away from home. Southbank location is London at its finest. Steps from Thames. So many sights. Convenient to tube/bus/bridges. Lots of restaurants on Queens Walk. And Borough Market! I have stayed in many places in Southwark, South Kensington , Notting Hill. This is where I will go from now on....
