"I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"The room was clean and cozy. Perfect location. The Moxy also has its own bar which is very nice - also offered two free drinks (1 each). Valet parking is offered. There are other nearby parking garages , as well. Only thing that would be extra nice is a breakfast offering , but we did go to the local La Vida cafe for a superb breakfast. Will stay again as the hotel is very nicely done and good location. "

"The hotel is downtown and serviceable with a decent restaurant and Starbucks nearby. But it is loud as it is on the corner of two busy streets. We were disappointed to have no cleaning nd room service during our two night stay."

"Excellent hotel. Very comfortable bed with a fully equipped kitchen. A wide desk to do work on which was great for me. The couch in the room is comfortable as well. A solid delicious breakfast and it has a basketball court. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, I had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was exactly how described and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I really appreciated that they had pillow cases that told you if the pillow was soft or firm. Also the breakfast was very generous…lots of healthy options and I appreciate the pancake maker that made such fluffy pancakes! The only two minor issues I encountered were the floor in my bathroom was very creaky. I stepped on it and it made a lot of noise which was...

"The room itself was comfortable, but there were a few issues. One of the seats had noticeable stains, and when the air conditioner first turned on, it gave off a burning smell. The main concern was that the room I originally booked was unavailable. Instead of the king room I requested, we were given a room with two queen beds."
