"Dirty room. Very musty. Free breakfest is only for 2 when I had 4 I was told it was $10 each over the 2. Misleading prior to booking. No pool kids disappointed. Not to the same standards as other holiday inn expresses I've stayed at many"

"The ice machine was broken on our floor. Had to go to the 1st floor. House keeper came early in the morning. It woke us up."

"The place was filthy dirty. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. Teenagers ran the hallways and slammed doors all night. There's a broken down van in the front parking lot with people living in it. Honestly, it looked like a meth van. The hallways reeked of Marijuana."

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stayed at Fairfield hotel….it truly was near everything…..A 15 minute drive away from Dorney Park, Walmart, restaurants and a mall….my husband and me went to the casino that was a 20 minute drive……I truly would stay at Fairfield hotel again……Thank you😊♥️ the breakfast was nice as well and Outlets are attach to the casino ♥️😊"

"Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees."

"The hotel shares the parking garage with the arena next door. There a no exterior sign indicating the entrance for parking at the hotel. There was a valet parking area on the street in front of the hotel but there was no attendant. It took several circles around the block to find the parking entrance. We arrived promptly at 4PM (earliest check-in time) but found ourselves tenth in line because there was only one person working the check-in counter. There were also 6 people waiting to retrieve...

"No high toilets for those needing accessible. Needed also hand held showers. Shelf in shower for us who do long stays. Room was clean . Curtains were hung on a tension rod that fell off when you opened curtains. Should be a regular curtain rod for safety reasons. Attached to the frame. No, I would not recommend staying here."
