I showed them proof of payment at the front desk, yet they still processed a second charge. I reported it immediately, but to this day, the issue has not been resolved and I haven’t received a refund. Extremely unprofessional."

There's a 24hr steak-house and patisserie too if the main restaurant isn't enough! The entertainment at night was brilliant too. Highly recommend and we spent 3 brilliant days/nights here."

"I stayed at the hostel for 7 nights. The room was clean and had a TV . The staff were really helpful and caring, as I'm a women travelling alone and didn't speak the language. They helped me with everything and even tought me some of the Turkish language. Nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out. I would recommend this hostel to anyone wanting to stay in the centre of Antalya Turkey."

"I booked this hotel last minute in the middle of the night and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my stay. Unfortunately, I got sick during my trip and ended up spending most of my time in bed, but I felt completely at ease. Since I was traveling alone as a woman, safety was important to me, and I felt very secure here. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. "Incredible service, but room details need attention The reception team here was fantastic—super helpful and went out of their way to assist us. However, we did have an issue with the room layout: the window on the second door couldn't be shut completely, which wasn't ideal. If that minor maintenance issue gets fixed, it's a solid place to stay thanks to the excellent service."
