Big room and bathroom, windows that open wide, big dining room with excellent breakfast including helvah. next door is fast food with good soup and salad. The area was farmland but is being built up rapidly. You need to drive to get beer because hotel has no alcohol. We enjoyed Hipodrom and plan to return. "

I showed them proof of payment at the front desk, yet they still processed a second charge. "Fantastic hotel with superb service. The bar staff were extremely attentive and sent over drinks a couple of times so we never had to leave our seats or card game ;-) The choice at meal times was great - especially for a vegetarian and pescatarian - which can be challenging at all-inclusive hotels. The guest relations team and front desk were so helpful and we received an upgrade to a junior suite with a sea view upon arrival - thank you!! I won at bingo and received lots of free...
