"It was a bit challenging to find the parking for this hotel so please research that before you go, but it is below the hotel but the roads to get to it were not easy to find. Besides that,, the check-in was great and the staff was wonderful and very polite and kind and they spoke English really well. The breakfast the following morning was amazing and one of the best we’ve had in Europe.!! the man who parked our car and retrieved our car was very nice and helpful as well. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.. there was more than adequate air-conditioning in the room for this extremely hot summer. We are having.. The location was amazing near all the shops and restaurants and about a five minute walk down to the lake…. Really I would go here again without any hesitation.. the trains and the funicular were also right next to the hotel, making it easy if you needed to travel somewhere else easily. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.!!"

"I was recommended to stay at the Bellevue and it was excellent. Location right on the lake, with spectacular views. Easy to get to the center and surrounding areas. Walking distance to Mt. San Salvatore and various restaurants. Excellent breakfast."

"The whole experience was flawless. The property is impeccable down the last blade of grass. Absolutely recommend this place for a stay on the lake. The water access is literally out front for easy on and off boating via their dock. If you’re staying here you also get access to the separate beach club area. The rooms are large and elegant in design staff all super friendly and helpful. We will be back. ."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was great overall, and I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. My only small issue was that the shower was a bit too small. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again!"

"An excellent property with exceptional service. Staff were extremely attentive. We ate in La Luce restaurant one evening and visited the spa. The hotel is in a great location with stunning lake views and it’s only a short drive into the centre of Lugano."

"We stayed here for four nights —-booked two rooms for our family. Some of the highlights include: 1) great, fantastic location which is short walking distance to ferry, shops and restaurants. 2) we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and beautiful swimming pool every day. 3) super comfortable beds and well air conditioned rooms. 4) staffs at the breakfast, pool and concierge are super attentive, warm and helpful. The concierge booked a private boat tour for us and provided useful advices on day trips and ferry schedules. The only and the biggest low light was that the casual restaurant (La Goletta) was super disappointing. The food was boring, plain, and poorly prepared . The restaurant waiters were cold and stern. Given the price, the restaurant felt way below our expectation. Recommend to stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere."
