Beware you get charged $39 per day just to use the ‘amenities’ such as the walking trail. I don’t recall this being disclosed when I booked. My room was also not available despite me reserving it weeks in advance. They put me in a different room that had a pullout bed, not an actual bed for my guest. ...

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
This was an average resort. The rooms definately need an upgrade, prices are high for food and drinks. Food was not hot when delivered. Weekends are over crowded at the pools with local families and there is limited seating. Kids everywhere and up very at the pools...it was very loud.
