"You should stay here when visiting Roseburg! All rooms have a balcony that overlooks a very pretty private park and also provides a view of the local river. The exterior is painted a clean looking dark gray, with white modern planters. I loved the special orange scented soap products available in the room. King bed was very comfortable. "I like that they updated the rooms but at the cost of the customers. They used to have fresh coffee now they have a machine and it's terrible. I didn't like how the staff sat in front outside and smoked cigarettes."

"Checked in at 3pm only 2 rooms were ready to choose from. Cleaned ok, no shampoo provided in rooms. Garbage bags from maids cleaning left at top of stairway as a hazard. Not a great place to stay, unless there is no where else."
