Very dated & could do with being knocked down, more of a motel than a hotel. Room very clean just old fashioned, reception staff all friendly. Room noisy due to being just above the main extraction system for I suspect the kitchens.

The room was clean and comfortable . The hotel needs a make over. It's need modernising and a refurb. The breakfast staff lovely as they are are over whelmed who large parties are in . You need more staff . We had dinne run the restaurant one night. Service and food were very nice and good value for money.

Great place

Nice stay, the hotel was not that easy to navigate but got the hang of it, staff helpful with on site restaurants/bar/casino. Comfortable beds, everything you need in the room. The only thing I could say negative about this hotel was the well worn carpets, otherwise a great base for tripping about with a really good breakfast & we had a evening meal there which was delicious & good value)))

I appreciated that this hotel was a walkable distance from a handful of things to do, like shopping and the Manx museum. I also appreciated that they had a well kept pool and on the facilities.

Whilst it may feel a little dated and can be a little noisy in the evening, the facilities are good, and well kept. The beds were firm but comfortable and the pool & spa were very enjoyable. It’s also well positioned over the bay and within easy walk of the heart of Douglas.

Had a great time at this best western , rooms very clean but a little tired, great breakfast , friendly staff love the new lookys bar. Overall a great place to stay ,will definitely return.

The location is perfect right on the Promenade waterfront. Everything is within walking distance to The Strand for shopping and dining. Very friendly staff. The hotel is clean and safe but definitely very old and frumpy. In need of repair & updating.
