Very comfortable stay. Clean and spacious room. Well heated and with heated towel rail as well. Everything provided and room freshened daily. Shower cleanliness lost a star as drain had not been cleaned. Comfortable bed and pillows. Generous hospitality tray. Lovely staff. Helpful and hard working. Breakfast was 5 star. Vety generous and really well cooked. Amazing extensive choices. Wonderful. Extremely good hotel for the price range.

Best place I’ve stayed on the Isle of Mann. Room was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 1st class, good quality and very welcoming. Staff were excellent from check in, to the bar staff and breakfast staff all couldn’t do enough for you. We shall be booking for next years visit.

Gray little gem in the Douglas, only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre. The staff are wonderful and very understanding and helpful. The rooms and spacious and it’s one of the very last hotel that can cater for a family of 5.! Their restaurant as well is great. Amazing food ! Cannot recommend this place more !
