"We booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised on Expedia as offering a 24/7 free airport shuttle. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was very disappointing.
After landing at Orlando International Airport, we called the hotel and the front desk instructed us to go to Terminal C, Ground Transportation level, pickup spot C271. We were told that the driver would be notified. We rushed there with our luggage because we did not want to keep the shuttle driver waiting, but no shuttle...
