"Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat."

"Colorful building in a quiet and cozy spot in walking distance to popular LA Hollywood attractions. Despite having the electronic door not working and having the site maintenance worker having to call the owner in Japan to handle the situation ( It took about 45 minutes to an hour), the hotel is an excellent place to stay. I will recommend to friends and family and definitely book again for my next stay."

"I would not recommend this property. The apartment would fill with the smell of marijuana smoke several times a day (from a nearby tenant). Also the listing on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms but there is only 1 bathroom. The morning of our checkout I got a call and a text at 6:45am asking what time we would be leaving so they could arrange for the cleaning crew. We definitely did not appreciate the timing of this call while traveling. I told them we would leave at 11, which was our check out...

"The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. That was refreshing exercise and sheer bliss! We liked the outside table where we enjoyed breakfast and some meals.
