"Was the worst place Ive ever stayed especially for the price jet tub didn’t work only thing clean was the bathroom sink assuming they upgraded the sink and the toilet! Rest of the room super out dated carpet felt disgusting smelled like someone was just smoking and it was a non smoking room stains on blankets and sheets got new ones they had stains on those too I had to leave I couldn’t stay a full 2 hours without losing my mind sorry not sorry for almost 300 a night that place needs a major...

"Very reasonably priced which actually concerned us but very pleasant surprises. Extremely clean. There was seldom a moment when someone wasn't cleaning something. Pool spotless. Chairs, umbrellas and towels for beach and the pool well organized and cleaned. Staff very helpful. Everything from Ocean to shops and restaurants very close."

"This was my first time to the Hamptons and it was very enjoyable. The property we stayed at was a good part of making our 5 day stay so successful. The salt water pool was clean and was right on the bay. The deck, also on the bay, was a lovely place to have our coffee and breakfast. They also had a parking pass for the beach, which saved us the $40 or $50 non-resident parking fee! Brothers Patrick and Brian shared their knowledge of places to go and restaurants to frequent.
