"The hotel website as well as Expedia website said the hotel had “indoor pool and hot tub.” The pool and hot tub were full of water but closed for guests to use. The room pictures showed an arm chair in the room selected. There was no chair. The breakfast was poorly stocked and presented. We were kept awake much of the night by a guest in another room who was yelling. We called the desk and they said they would check it out. The staff was aware of the problem but did not do anything about it. When we complained that the pool was not available, the staff made no attempt to explain or apologize but instead said their website did not say there was a pool and that third-party websites, including Expedia, were “counterfeit.” The Best Western website for this hotel states amenities include pool and hot tub. The staff never made any attempt to improve our stay and implied it was our fault for expecting a pool."

"The only complaint that we had was the noise from the HVAC system. Other than that, it has a European vibe which we appreciated, including the exact coffee machine we used in Paris. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The room was absolutely disgusting- sheets/ bed skirts were stained and dirty. There was a hair tie still within the sheets (so guessing bedding didn’t get changed) and when we asked to switch rooms, the owner/manager asked why we were “checking the mattress”. Also they had the door to outside taped up so it wouldn’t latch, allowing anyone access to the building. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere! "
