"The hotel is located about 2 miles from central Petosky, out in the countryside, away from the main activities of the city. The hotel is modern, comfortable, well maintained, and has a distinct hipster vibe. We were hoping to see Little Traverse Bay from the hotel, but the view was surprisingly blocked by tall evergreen trees. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the beds were comfortable. "Try clean at a fair price. Great location. The only things I could add to improve on would be that I needed an iron for a social event and the fan in the bathroom seemed to be original to the building and loud. Even so, we would stay there again."

"Outside of hotel appeared dirty. Only one set of stairs to get to 2nd floor - always walking by garbage cans overflowing and laundry room with door open and sheets on concrete dirty floor. Breakfast was better than expected and unexpected casino vouchers."
