"The internet says there is a continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby. There is not. The guest laundry is out of order. The ice machine produces no ice. (And it's 90 outside!) The offer of a hairdryer upon request is not valid. The sink produces only HOT water . . . nothing even resembling normal ..."
