"It's in a relatively quiet and safe neighbourhood with good dining options. A Teleferico station is nearby which provides a convenient transport to the city. While my room had good views and was clean enough for an overnight stay, the hotel was in an urgent need for upgrade. In the entrance and corridors, the hotel had an unexplained and unpleasant odour. I didn't choose to stay for more nights."

"I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room.
This is a beautiful old home in good condition, but the overall service didn’t match the expected experience. Breakfast left much to be desired, too. Hard to find the place late at night and you can hear...

"Before checking in hotel , I lost my passport . However , the hotel stuff helped me what I needed to do. Gladly I just found my passport with their help. The room is bit cold for me on February. If there is some extra blancket , they would have been nice. Otherwise awesome service "

I lost my card earlier and couldn’t withdraw cash so she also helped me set up a payment where I could pay with a link online and receive cash without which my trip would’ve been a disaster.
