"I really like staying at the Shiloh. It has been going under renovations for some time. I can’t remember the last time I stayed there and the pool area was open. It’s also getting a bit rundown. Things like the carpeting need attention. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but it is towards the end of the ski season so it’s somewhat understandable. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly, so I will continue to stay here. I just wish it would get a little TLC."

"Very dirty bathroom, doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a long time. Pink bacteria on the shower curtains and on the shower tile, missing caulk in the tub and growing mold, mold on the shower window and a loose bar of soap left from the previous guest. The rest of the room and property is rough around edges... I get it is old, but the bathroom was unacceptable. I usually stay in chain motels so I didn't expect much and just dealt with it because it's temporary but I will not be staying...

"Staff was polite, however not available most of the time. And if you have any issues, like we did, only the manager (who was off for 2-3 days) could help. This did nothing for us. Just cross your fingers that your room functions properly. Our TV & coffee pot did not work."

"The new owners are renovating the rooms on the hotel side. The beds were comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft. Same for the pillows. The fridge was probably older than I am but it still worked really well. The only little gripe I have was the painting we had in our room was a little too big. Kept bumping into it to get to the bathroom."
