"The parking was sufficient and the property felt safe and clean. There were a couple of times where I went to the front desk, during business hours, and didn’t see anyone around. The shower pressure was also pretty bad."

"The room was spotless. The breakfast buffet was great. I particularly enjoyed learning about the gizmo that makes pancakes; although, I was assuming there would b a waffle iron. Still, the pancakes were yummy and the appliance novel. Lovely hotel. Oh, one thing: the shower was very slippery. May want to consider retrofitting them through out the hotel w those abrasive-like strips that stick to the floor of the shower. Regardless of age, anyone could slip and fall. Regards"

"The hotel has a great restaurant/bar with wonderful staff. The location of the restaurant is great unless there something going on next door at the civic center(or whatever it is) then it’s very difficult to find a parking spot at the hotel because everyone going to the event parks at the hotel! There’s construction going on right now to the entrance and the whole hotel is definitely getting “long in the tooth!”"

"Room was clean, bed comfortable, friendly staff. Just one minor thing, the bathroom door didn't shut right."

"I booked a room with two queens, but when I got there, they put me in a king room and said that's all they had. The carpet in our room had clearly not been vacuumed, because there were food crumbs all over it. We had the AC turned all the way down to 60, and we still couldn't get it any cooler than 78 degrees. It was hard to sleep with how hot it was. The breakfast options were mediocre. I was unable to find a decent thing to eat and ended up eating my own food from home."

"I checked in VERY late at 2:30 AM and that went well. The parking for me was in the huge parking strucure nex door and that went well. The interior of this property looks a little tired. A quick paint touchup here and there wouls be great. My unit was on the fifth floor and was pretty quiet and the bedding was fresh and conducive for sleep. Checkout was quick and positive."
