"The property is undergoing renovations at the moment, so it's not surprising that it's not as tidy as other hotels. However, that didn't present any issues as it was very quiet during the evening and night time, the staff was very pleasant, and the rest of the property was clean/tidy. The breakfast was the normal continental breakfast... pancakes, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bread, cupcakes, cereal, apples and oranges, and yogurt. I unfortunately can't eat 95% of that due to dietary...

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’m a healthcare traveler and work nights. Most hotels do not allow for or charge large sums for a late checkout to give “night shift” staff the opportunity to get a decent nights “days” sleep. The staff jere were very accommodating, with it being “off season”, to allow for a slightly later checkout and it was very much appreciated. "Our stay at the Ringling House was most enjoyable and well worth the fee that we paid to stay at this Bed and Breakfast. Have stayed at a number of B & B's over the years and will say that this one ranks as one of our tops. Great old-time structure that has been well preserved.
