"We're used to hotels having AC. Unfortunately, this supplies a small electric fan to help cool the room. While our current hotel has 4 fluffy pillows per bed, these beds had a single, very thin flat pillow. Thankfully, my memory foam neck pillow worked perfectly under the pillow, to provide the elevation I'm accustomed to.
