"I believe honest reviews are important because sharing our experiences helps others make informed decisions. Having stayed at many Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world, I can confidently say the Toronto team is among the best. The entire staff, including housekeeping and room service, was excellent. Special recognition to Hafidha, Kevin, Kate, and Irfan for their dedication and genuine care. A special thank you to Hafidha and Kevin, who truly stood out. They don’t just do their jobs; they...

"The room was clean and quiet. It's a small space for two people, but it worked. The room could have used a sweeping to remove cobwebs, but it wasn't the end of the world. The bar closed early, so there was no access to a nightcap at 10:00 pm. The front desk could use some resources for ideas on where to eat nearby. We asked, and they had no real suggestions. All in all, it was a nice space for the money spent."

"This facility is completely hands off, if you need supplies (like an iron/ironing board) you will need to get it from the 2nd floor. You also dont have full control of the room temperature as youre only able to move it up and down by 2.5 degree max, and you cannot choose between heating or cooling. Also be aware there is no elevator in the hotel.
I was very upset housekeeping did not come to clean my room, when asked, I was told someone knocked but since I didnt answer they didnt come in. In...
