"Bad experience at check-in. Then problems with the room, tv WiFi not working. Asked for another room. I was told that there are no other rooms available. After telling her that we will find another place to stay there was suddenly a room available….we stayed here January 2020. It was lovely! The view is still beautiful! Quality has gone down very much! Won’t stay here again!"

I had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and had a patio area and kitchen. It was enormous. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and eager to share all the great things Stellenbosch has to offer. Laundry service is a plus and so is the location—walkable to any number of great restaurants and cafes. Great value as well. Highly recommended."
