"Il villaggio è collocato sul promontorio sopra Tropea da cui si gode un magnifico panorama. La struttura è piuttosto datata e necessiterebbe di maggior cura. Il parcheggio interno, a nostro avviso, andrebbe regolamentato tracciando gli stalli al fine di evitare posteggi alquanto disordinati. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia abbiamo rilevato ragnatele sulle finestre della sala da pranzo e sedie molto sporche con presenza di macchie di vecchia data.
