"The Staff are great,Frenchie(not her real name, she knows who she is)who is from Trinidad was simply amazing, so was the front desk lady who was working with Frenchie. We were given an upgrade and I am unable to imagine what a regular room looks like. The shower was disgusting, mold everywhere, also the shower had sand on the floor, we stood on towel as there wasn't any refund for our stay. Thank god it was only 2 nights. NEVER AGAIN."

"Love the Hilton in Barbados and have stayed there a few times but this time there was construction going on which was loud and woke us up every morning and the workout facilities were closed down for renovations. This was extremely disappointing. The staff are outstanding but the room cleaning service seemed to be short handed and our room was still not cleaned at 4:00 in the afternoon which was inconvenient as we would go back to the room to get ready for dinner and the room was not cleaned and...

"We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. "Staying at the Crane Resort met our expectations and more! The few potential challenges were resolved by a warm, helpful and accommodating staff. It was truly a home away from home. We stayed in one of the private residences and had everything we wanted and more..an exceptional view, immaculate room and amenities beyond our expectations! "Thank you" to the staff at The Crane Resort!"

"Close to beach, grocery, restaurants."

"A lovely friendly hotel right on st Lawrence Gap. I cannot fault anything about the hotel. I was able to really relax and enjoy the lovely weather and scenery. The food was amazing. Everything we ate from, breakfast, lunch or dinner was enjoyable. The staff were always able to help with any questions and direct you in anyway they could. The great thing about the hotel was being able to swim in a pool till 9pm or swim in the sea which you step right onto. I would most definitely recommend this...

"The building itself was clean. It was a good enough stay for the price. The yard/pool area really needed clean as there were many leaves that appeared dry and days old. It looked a bit neglected to be honest."
