"Didn’t know about an extra 200 hotel fee until we got there and then they hold close to 600 dollars, staff was friendly but didn’t really help with that issue off the exits 185 they take from you as an additional hotel fee"

"This resort was very nice. My kids were able to hangout in the pool while we could get drinks and food. The sunsets from the beach are also amazing. Definitely recommend for families!"

"Staff wasn’t trained when we arrived and couldn’t provide any assistance about the property and nearby area. Also we found a big nail in the master bedroom and pimple patches on the extra bedspread. Overall property is well maintained with good amenities. Little far away from the main Key West area but we liked the privacy."

"The hotel was great. Location was good and the resort fees and amenities reasonable. We’ve stayed in Key West before and this hotel was better than our previous experiences. We loved the beach access and the reusable water bottles and water dispense systems were nice."
