"Die Unterkunft entspricht leider überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung. Unser Zimmer war ein Kellerloch ohne Fenster und nicht mal 2 m Deckenhöhe. Es hat extrem nach Chlor gerochen. Der Gastgeber argumentiert, dass es ja eine Belüftung gibt. Ich kann das nicht bestätigen. Aber falls es eine gibt, kam darüber der Chlorgeruch. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verläuft ziemlich random. Es kommen fast ausschließlich Anweisungen auf Englisch, wie der Zugang zur Unterkunft, der Check in und out etc. ablaufen...

Tout de même quelques points négatifs : - aucun mail à 24h de l’arrivée malgré nos tentatives via la plateforme Expédia et directement à l’hôte. Nous avons dû l'appeler à l’heure d'arrivée pour demander à recevoir le mail avec les infos. - pas de necessaire de toilette ni drap/drap housse pour le 2e lit, communication lente de l'hôte pour nous fournir le nécessaire qui se trouvait heureusement dans un placard à l'étage. - 1 seul...

"A very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet, there's a huge shopping center just outside. The S-Bahn is only a 10min walk and then it's only another 10min for Düsseldorf central station so it's really close. The room was big and modern, it had everything you might need for your stay, the kitchen had stuff for cooking too and the fridge was spacious! Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Düsseldorf. "
