From great location-across the street to the Swinger Palace!, nice rooftop, and courteous staff. The 2 bed room apartment was very spacious for 5 people, with comfortable beds, moderate size common area spaces (kitchen and living room) and a big dining table. Reception staff was courteous. We had a variety of breakfast items and fresh juices. Everything was spotless. We certainly enjoyed our stay, and totally recommend it.

Staycity Dresden City Center

Short walking distance to city center. Very clean and modern apartment. Very good price. Would definitely stay again if we return to Dresden and all for a very reasonable price.

2-night business stay

In the very heart of Dresden, everything a tourist wants to see is walking distance. Spacious room with 4,5 beds, appartment style with clever usage of the room size. Roof top bar serves as breakfast areas as well, very nice. I will come back.

Location is great! No parking but staff directed us to a cheap parking garage in a location near by. Room was large with everything you need. Only complaint is the noise from outside from the restaurants since we had windows open it was quite loud and someone was blaring techno mucic into the late hours.

Excellent location next to Zwinger Palace and great rooms. Clean and modern. Parking is difficult as it is in the building over and there is no sign to access an elevator to go down to get your car so we had to walk down the ramp where cars go. The breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 10:40 and some of the items were empty or barely any left like eggs, salmon, and pancakes. It was really disappointing. There was no one working. From 10:40 to 11:05, not a single worker could be seen to help. At 11:05 one man showed up to frantically and quickly take down the breakfast items. Overall, a great hotel just to sleep at!

Great hotel we had the apartment very comfortable and clean. Location was very central right next to the Striezelmarkt And Zwinger palace . Plenty of shopping and dining. I liked we were able to purchase an early check in which made things much easier. The gentleman didn’t get his name working the front desk was very friendly and prompt .

Location is perfect. Close to tram station. Nice view from the dining room. We got the 6 persons room. Staff were very nice. There is an app paid washer & dryer available to use but it is very tricky to get to. One of the guys @ the front disc came down & show us where to go & how to use it. Staff were very nice & helpful.

Hotel estratégicamente localizado al lado del centro historico de Dresden, desde la terraza del hotel se lohran increibles vistas. Por el otro lado una impresionante zona comercial y cerca de la estación de trenes y autobus. Edificio nuevo, en optimas condiciones y un apartamento con decoración moderna, amplio y muy completo en servicios. En resumen superbueno.

Wunderbar gelegenes Hotel, direkt neben dem Zwinger. Große Zimmer, schön eingerichtet. Modernes Industrialdesign. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption, die 24/7 besetzt ist. Koffer dort nach Auschecken ein paar Stunden zwischenlagern war möglich. Lichtsituation am Bett allerdings schwierig, ein Buch lesen war mit dem Funzellicht unmöglich. Auch steht das Doppelbett unverständlicherweise fast direkt am Fenster. Wer also am fensterseitig liegt und noch einmal raus will, muss entweder über den anderen rüberkrabbeln, oder sich irgendwie an der Fensterfront und um die Lichtfackel herum rausmanövrieren. Dennoch: volle Empfehlung!!

2026年1月のオフシーズンに2泊しました。 立地は旧市街の中心、ツヴィンガー宮殿の向かい側、レジデンツ宮殿や歌劇場近くの6階(日本式7階)建ての近代的な建物の中にあるアパートメントタイプのホテルです。 横長の建物で、途中エレベーターが3箇所ほどあり、各部屋から直接外へ出入りも出来ますが、フロントはツヴィンガー宮殿に近い出入り口から入ったエレベーターで上がった6階にあります。入り口は少しわかりにくいです。アパートメントタイプですが、フロントは24時間対応で、通常のホテルと同様にチェックイン・アウトを行います。フロントのスタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切です。 部屋は広く清潔です。ウッドベースのシャレた作りになっていて、インテリアのこだわりが感じられます。クイーンサイズのベッド、大型テレビ、ソファーとテーブルセット、ダイニングテーブル、キッチン、バスルームがあります。 ベッドルームの収納はオープンタイプで引き出しではなくボックスになっていて、やや使いにくかったです。 キッチンは電気コンロ、電気ポット、電子レンジ、食器洗浄器、ネスプレッソ、トースターなど完備されており、調理器具、食器類、カトラリー等も充実していました。 バスルームはバスタブは無く、シャワーブースは広く、お湯の出や水はけも問題ありませんでした。ただしシャワーを浴びるとトイレの方へ水が跳ね飛びます。 電源も充実しておりベッドサイド両脇にもあり、就寝中のスマホやバッテリーの充電に使えました。 部屋の窓は大きく開放的で、昼間はとても明るいです。向かいにあるタッシェンベルク宮殿(現ケンピンスキー)が見える部屋でした。ただし、夜は照明が暗かったです。 部屋は大通りから奥まったところにあり、基本的には静かですが、地上階にバーやイタリアンレストランなどがあり、夜中に若者が騒いでいる声が響くことはありました。周辺の治安は良いです。 積雪と路面凍結があり、石畳の旧市街はちょっとした段差もあり、大きなスーツケースでの移動は少し大変です。 旧市街の観光に便利なのは言うまでもありません。近くにショッピングモールがあり、飲食店、スーパーマーケット、ファストフード等が沢山あります。トラムも各方面への分岐点の駅があり、どこへ行くのも便利です。 アパートのフロント横にはルーフトップバーがあり、ツヴィンガー宮殿、歌劇場、レジデンツ宮殿などが一望できます。利用しませんでしたが、朝食もこちらでとれます。 我々はチェックアウト後、すぐ近くの歌劇場広場前の駅からトラムで中央駅まで移動しましたが、タクシーもすぐにつかまります。 立地、設備、スタッフ等全て最高で、ドレスデンに訪れる際は、またぜひ利用したいです。

Die Lage des Appartements war super für die City und die Größe war auch angemessen für 3 Personen. Das Appartement war sauber und modern eingerichtet, auch wenn man schon teilweise deutliche Gebrauchsspuren an Wänden und den Möbel sieht. Die Küchenzeile konnte man auch gut nutzen. Leider hat es im Badezimmer häufig aus dem Abfluss nach Fäkalien gestunken. Zudem ist die Verglasung der Fenster absolut nicht ausreichend. Trotz geschlossener Fenster und 4. Etage hörte man den Straßenlärm, die Musik der Bar usw. deutlich. An Schlaf war teilweise nicht zu denken. Es zog auch relativ kalt rein.

Die Lage direkt gegenüber dem Zwinger ist unumtrefflich. Das Personal hat den Check in Prozess schnell , präzise und freundlich erledigt. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Es war eine sehr gute Wahl. Besonders zu empfehlen, die Bar.
