"Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację. Blisko jest zarówno do dworca jak i na rynek. Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji i restauracji. Śniadania dobre, a brakujące produkty uzupełniane na bieżąco. Plusem jest ogólnodostępna kawa i herbata przez cały dzień oraz możliwość uzupełnienia wody w pokojach z baniaków znajdujących się na każdym piętrze. Najsłabszym punktem jest serwis sprzątający. Prawie godzinne opóźnienie w zameldowaniu spowodowane nieprzygotowanym pokojem, brak sprzątania na następny dzień, a nawet zapytania czy jest potrzebne oraz nieopróżniony kosz w łazience po poprzednim gościu.
