"The instructions to shuttle say “use the right channel” to the shuttle. Does “right” mean “righthand” or “correct” in this sentence? We followed the “correct” channel to the “shuttles” and never found this hotel pick up. Very confusing. This hotel is a crazy maze. Our room was not listed on the wall (170). "Wow! What a surprising gem! I had no idea when I booked this hotel that it would be so lovely. I was simply trying to find something close to the airport, but when I walked in the door—total delight! An absolutely stunning room with full bath and pillow soft bed. I slept like a dream and wish I could have stayed another week (!) I will definitely book again when I return!"

"Do not book a room in this hotel! They will double book your room and send you to another hotel 30 min away. The room was paid for and when my mother arrived to try and rest before an international flight the next morning, she was notified that her room was unavailable and that she would be sent to another hotel. She waited 2 hours and had to pay for the transport arranged by the hotel. Unacceptable treatment of guests, was our experience. Never booking here again."

"Nice location near shopping mall and a few good pubs in addition to their own bar and restaurant all within walking distance. Rooms are well designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning unit in our room periodically made grinding sounds — seemed only when adjusting to new set temperature— and did not happen while sleeping at night. "Stayed for 4 nights as a group of 8. We used the bar and ate there every night. Staff were super friendly and efficient. The food had a good selection and we all enjoyed every meal we had. Bedroom was cleaned daily and fresh towels issued."
