"I know that this is an older motel however they have redone major parts of it. The paint is fresh. Everything looks real good even the curbs are painted outside. Our bathroom was immaculate. Looks like they just redid the shower walls very recently. The pool was clean well maintained, the breakfast was excellent! Staff was helpful with the local restaurants, etc., although we did eat at the in-house Mexican restaurant."

"Was here for a one night stay, easy to find location, and only a few miles from downtown Asheville. Room was clean and had free water and coffee, plus a fridge! Everything was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning is a plus, and free parking right outside. Will come back here next time I'm in Asheville!"

The ac hardly worked so the room was hot most of the time. There were mold spots under the sink and next to the bath tub. There were two spots on the walls that seemed to be splatter marks from squished bugs. I grabbed sodas from the downstairs convenience area and they were all expired by a few months."
