The general manager of the property is extremely attentive and accommodating. Wais large and well appointed. The gym has modern equipment and we liked the proximity to all of the restaurants at DIFC.

I have stayed at Four Seasons around the world. The service is always impressive. This location is no exception. Staff was attentive. However, unfortunately, this Four Seasons has musty or mothball like smell when the ventilation system is either on or off. Meaning it’s not constant but for someone like me who is sensitive to smell it was not good. Our first room the smell was very pronounced. I complained and they readily offered another floor as an option. Thankfully there the smell was much less and bearable but it would come and go. Because of this I won’t stay there again since clearly it is not a room location issue. Maybe those who don’t have a sensitivity to smell won’t be bothered by it. The smell was the only negative.
