Excellent location along the creek with a stunning view of the city, including the famous Burj Khalifa in the distance. The shopping mall is only a 12 minute walk from the lobby and it is safe and beautiful.

Lovely hotel and our room was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. The reason for not giving the hotel 5stars was because we arrived at the hotel about 1030 and the concierge staff took our suitcases and gave us a luggage tag and showed us to the reception area. We checked in with ease and were advised the room wasn’t ready (which we expected as we were early). The reception staff advised us they would WhatsApp us when our room was available and our luggage would be taken to our room. We went out for the day and arrived back at the hotel around 1600 after no contact from the hotel. The room was ready and we went to our room which was a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely. The luggage wasn’t in our room, we waited another hour and it still hadn’t arrived. We went down to reception to ask them when we would receive it. They were very helpful and rectified the problem. Overall the hotel was very nice and in a good location.

Hotel smell so good. Amazing staff: shout out to the kitchen staff, pool staff and security. They are amazing. We had a big apartment with everything that we need. The only thing is there’s construction next to the restaurant area so if you wanna eat outside there’s a lot of noise, but if you’re eating inside you can’t hear them. We took half board in the restaurant and it was the best decision ever: buffet breakfast was really good and evenings also and we never find it cluttered, there’s always 4 or 5 tables available to seat. Another think that we like is, We didn’t have to think about where we are gonna eat since we had a lot of visits planned.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay…from the pleasant staff to the very comfortable rooms…I would definitely stay here again, my stay was very pleasant….my only hiccup is that it’s wasn’t easy for uber to find the pickup location because this hotel is connected to another hotel and the pickup is in the very confusing basement

A good stay

A good stay, great location. It will get better once the surrounding buildings are completed. One downside was somewhere in the bedroom there was the sound of water dripping but could not be detected.

Nice room

Nice and spacious room with balcony and creek view. Good location by the creek. However, I cannot recommed to anyone who is not arriving by own car. Taxis, Uber and Kareem cannot find the lobby that is succesfully hidden in basement 3.

Excellent stay

Outstanding property and service. Prompt and warm attention to all needs. We arrived late in the evening and they had the baby crib we had requested ready in the room. Very helpful staff from the valet through to the front desk. Excellent communication and follow through. Would definitely recommend and would stay again with pleasure.
