Der Pool ist winzig klein und riecht durchgehend nach zu starken Chlor. Es ist einfach am falschen Ende von Dubai. Für Touristen absolut falsche Ecke. Man ist nur nah am Flughafen aber für Innenstadt leben ist man zu weit weg. Das personal ist nicht zu beklagen man bekommt alles was man gefühlt möchte und die Zimmer sind nicht so schmutzig. Aber 5 Sterne ist es auch nicht. Maximal 3,5

What a beautiful hotel but run down a bit guys ul have a beautiful hotel do a revamp soon bring it back to its former glory Staff have a dont care attitude i think they also fedup This comment is not bad as i stayed for 4 nights bit hotel has fixable issues

Sympathisches Hotel nur 2 min von der Rigga Metro Station mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in der Gegend. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß, die Einrichtung etwas älter, aber gut in Schuss.

2ベットルームのアパートメントタイプに宿泊。宿泊費は部屋の広さや立地を考えると、とても良いと思います。 ですが、アメニティーの数は毎回違ってキチンとした数は揃ってないわ、洗濯機(前面に蓋のついたタイプ)を開けると水が溢れてくるわ乾燥機を使うにもフィルターが埃だらけ、キッチンのグラスなども数がバラバラ…と言った感じでした。 それぞれハウスキーピングに連絡すると対応してくれるけどとても煩わしかったです。スタッフの方々は感じは良いけどおおらかと言うかいいかげんな感じがしました。 駅からの立地の良さと費用を優先させるならとても良いホテルだと思います。

We booked the deluxe room and the shower had unstable hot water supply, the air conditioner was not working too. But the staff arranged another room for us and all problems were solved. But we need to need to call the housekeeping every day as towel and toiletries were always missing. Overall speaking, the location was perfect but don't expect it to be a luxurious 5-star hotel.

الفندق لايستحق 5 نجوم حده 4 نجوم اسلوب ونظرة عاملين صف السيارة او توصيل الشنط الى الغرف الى احراج الضيف ليدفع لهم اكرامية .. الغسالة كانت عطلانة وطلبت منهم مرتين واستبدلوها بغيرها وحالتها سيئة .والغلاية بها عطل والمكواه

My Dubai trip

Business trip I stayed 8 nights at the Jood. This is a warm Welcoming hotel situated in Deira. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious with balconies that you can sit out on. Pool are is really nice. I would recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

The only unique thing was that it was not a hotel room. It was a 4 bedroom 4 bath large apartment. Otherwise, I was charged $50 for mini bar items I did not use. When I disagreed with the charges I asked them to accompany me back to the room. It was then when I discovered that all items that were in the mini bar before I exited the room were removed (!). The room / apartment had roaches that visited often! When I spoke with the housekeeping and front desk they simply smiled at me. I asked for hand towels every day and received two twice (4 bathroom apartment) for 6 people. I will never visit this property again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. If this is a 5 star property, I hate to see other properties with lower ratings.

This is NOT a 5 star nor a 4 star hotel... the hotel looks nice, but the room carpets are old and worn... I didn’t want to walk barefoot in my room... I saw cockroaches in my room... service was the worse

Chambre tres spacieuse bien équipée mais sale...trucs collants sur la moquette du salon...odeurs nauséabondes dans toilettes et salles de bains....et le pire cafards dans la cuisine...!!! Dommage et inacceptable pour un palace 5 etoiles!!!
