I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the wonderful experience I am having during my stay at Palma beach Resort and spa in Ummalquwin U.A.E The hotel's environment is clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The service provided by staff has been exceptional—everyone is polite,management is good & professional, and attentive to guests' needs. Additionally, the food has been delicious, with a great selection that enhances the overall experience.spacial thanks for MR.Fazal Rehman such kind person and cooperate to me during my stayI would especially like to highlight the sea view area, which is truly breathtaking. Palma resort is now newly renovated with excellent spacious rooms . Rooms facing sea side and swimming pools with barbecue pits separate for each room. Price is reasonable. Lots of activities . Hotel staff hospitality is too good. Mr. Hassan took good care and makes sure all is perfect.

Very tired - not 4 star, don't pay over 75usd

Very tired basic rooms - brown marble etc not refreshed for I'd say 3 decades. Great location on the beach and nice swimming pool, but do not expect 4star feel - it's a bit grim and depressing. Same goes for the restaurants etc. Felt like being back in Saudi, and not the good bit. . Overall, if it was 50dollars I wouldnt moan, but at close to 150 it's a shock.

Everything mentioned in booking was not available. We ordered lunch and dinner from the resort and it was very bad and old food. Just warmed up. Moreover, breakfast buffet was pathetic. Toast and eggs were too hard and old. Moreover, fruits were rotten and stinky. They used canned fruits not even fresh. Pool water temperature was not controlled. Honestly, not worth to go there with family. I strictly not recommend this resort. Should be 1 star.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes und vielfältiges Essen, 2 schöne Pools une grosse Zimmer. Das Hôtel ist sehr abgelegen und es gibt kaum Transportmöglichkeiten. Es waren kaum Gäste da und die Atmosphäre war deshalb speziell. Es gabe keinen Strand und mehrere Bauarbeiten.
