The hotel is super dirty! No cleaning in corridor, elevators are full of garbage and no one cleans them during my stay. The room is full of insects and bugs. I asked reception to do something about it but noting done.my room was in 1st floor and noice of ground floor club was up to 3 am . It was worst experience I ever had during my 25 year of travel.

By far THE worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The place is not even worth 1 star. The bald guy at the service counter was terrible. I believe most of their customers are from Asian sub continent so they are used to treat their customers like they don’t deserve any respect, service or kindness.

Very bad experience. My reservation was cancelled by the hotel administration and ask me to check in as walk in with higher rate. This facility is joke and I will never recommend anyone to stay. Also, place looks like prostitution zone.

Worst service ever very unprofessional

I arrived at the place at 2 am only to be told there is no room available for me because they had overbooked. It wasn't just me there were at least 7 other people who had had been told the same thing. We all had to stay in other hotels. Disgraceful service.
