" had a wonderful four night stay at Arabian Park, Dubai. The hotel was immaculate. My room on the sixth floor was kept clean & tidy by the lovely maids team who were on hand daily. The front desk staff were very attentive, always approachable & very helpful. They really couldn’t do enough to make my stay as pleasurable & memorable as it was. Breakfast was 5*. An amazing buffet with everything you could possibly want to start your day. Lovely waiter/waitress team too. Very attentive. It’s an 11/10 score from me. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking this hotel."

"Rude staff at pool side and waterpark. 3 people questioned if my newborn was wearing a swim nappy, then went on to ask why it looks swollen. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Manager did nothing to resolve apart from say sorry. We left early "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Al Bandar Rotana Dubai Creek. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. From the moment you arrive, you can notice the attention to detail and the high standards of the property. The customer service is outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms are very comfortable, with incredibly clean sheets and towels that made the stay even more pleasant. Everything felt fresh, organized, and relaxing. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient to move around Dubai and explore the city. Another highlight was the buffet, which was absolutely excellent with a great variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel 100%. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai."
