"We had an amazing 10-night stay at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, and I honestly can’t fault the experience. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, especially towards our 3-year-old, which made such a difference for us as a family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Over the course of our stay, we built genuinely lovely relationships with many of the team. "Wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Anlage und vielen Angeboten an Restaurants und Bars sowie ein Cafe. Besonders das sehr sehr freundliche und jederzeit hilfsbereite Personal möchte ich hervorheben! Ausgezeichneter Service! Alles war immer sehr sauber und ordentlich! Ich empfehle es von Herzen gerne weiter! Wir würden beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Dubai definitiv gerne wieder dort buchen! "The best stay we ever had for a while. Peaceful , clean , helpful and kind staff. We celebrated our anniversary and also had the baby with us it was amazing . The kid area specially the pool is great and me and husband enjoyed a lovely time and food. It’s a shame I couldn’t try the ottoman spa as we didn’t have time but I visited and wow it’s really breathtaking. The management is the best I’ve seen so far in Dubai and I’ve been to so many 5 stars . "
