Very nice apartment with December costs being a very good value. Helpful owner. Steep climb to get there from main street so not good for older/disabled. Would use it again.

Comfortable stay in Old Town

I had a fantastic couple of days at Apartments Ivana. The room was clean and comfortable, and the small kitchen was an added bonus. Yes, it does require going up some steps to get to the apartment (is there any place in Old Town that does not require going up or down steps?) so keep that in mind and travel light. Enjoy your time in Dubrovnik!!

Apartment was clean and had a washing machine. Nice. A real hike from the main street so not for someone with weak legs or bad knees. Overall, very nice.

Our stay at this property began well but after 3 of 5 days the cupboard began to produce a strong damp/mouldy smell which had previously been covered by scented bags placed at the beginning of our stay. This smell spread throughout the room and was intolerable each time we entered. There was also a washing machine within the room which was used by someone yet we did not know who, as we entered the room hearing the loud noise during the afternoon most days which was annoying. Also it seemed strange someone would come into our room and turn on a washing machine yet they could not empty our bin which was overflowing, one small bin for a room with a kitchenette is not suitable as it fills up within one or two days. There was also no dish cloth to dry the dishes which meant we had to use kitchen roll which further filled up the already overflowing bin. Also there was a low beam in the room which was an obstacle for anyone over 5,10. Overall we enjoyed our time in Dubrovnik as we mostly did day trips out and the room was well located but I would not recommend staying here more than a couple of nights.

L’accueil du propriétaire est juste exceptionnel. L’appartement est propre et bien situé, à proximité du centre (ne pas omettre d’indiquer les multiples escaliers pour y accéder). Notre appartement était mansardé, de ce fait il était difficile de circuler à trois dans la pièce et le lit de mon fils n’était pas des plus confortables. L'équipement de la cuisine est réduit à son strict minimum.

I didn't actually stay here. 2 weeks after booking a 3rd party site contacted me asking me to cancel my reservation because they were double booked. They booked me somewhere else, then downgraded my room from a sea-view to a street-view. So overall my experience with this booking was less than satisfactory.

Great location and comfortable.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at Ivan’s Apartments. Thankfully, I had a car service pick me up from the Dubrovnik airport and call ahead to the owners of the hotel...who are not onsite. They provided the security code to enter the building and my room number. Without this information and the help of the driver, I would not have been able to enter the building. Thankfully, this was a smooth process for me, but I met two other visitors who had a much less pleasant experience arriving at the hotel. Once you arrive, this hotel provides a fantastic location in old town Dubrovnik. The room had excellent air conditioning and a small kitchen area in which to cook a meal or two. There is a small market / grocery store only 100 meters down steps. I would stay here again.

En pleno Dubrovnik antiguo, la habitacion dispone de todas las comodidades. Una botella de vino como bienvenida, cápsulas para el café, y aire acondicionado. Algo pequeña aunque suficiente. Para llegar al apartamento hay que subir buen tramo de escaleras

Spacious comfortable apartment

A comfortable spacious apartment in a quiet-ish spot. The directions on how to get there from the ferry were excellent and Ivan was very efficient. One minor problem with wifi was resolved quickly and the bottle of red wine and jar of sweets was a nice touch. The only downside was the climb up lots of steps in the evening back to the apartment but you can do an easier albeit longer route via Buza Gate!

Lovely, comfortable apartment in the beautiful old town of Dubrovnik. Perfect location, just a short walk to restuarants, and all that Dubrovnik has to offer. Wonderful place to stay for a week, and the owner was very friendly and helpful with tips on places to visit.

Good location but water issue

we liked apartment. it was close to everything The day we left the apartment we discovered that you need to turn on the heater before taking a shower . It is not written any where to do that. You have to call the apartment owner to get in.We called the number on the door. The person who answered and told us pin number and hung up. very cold welcome. Coffee and tea was in the room

Inside Old Town. Great place.

The place is inside Old Town and very convenient. The only thing that bothered me is the windows. Since I stayed on the first floor. I felt i wasn't able to open the windows so the place felt dark. Anyways, if you are here to enjoy the city, that would be a great place to stay.

Affordable, central but small place to live in

Good host with a lot of recommendations. We got the top floor which with a tilting ceiling did not reflect the picture in the booking. We had one extra bed that was only 80cm wide and hard as a rock. In total the room was clean and the host was good. Wifi didn't work that well but hey, who needs wifi on vacation! Worth its price...

Charmerende område men lille værelse

God information før og under opholdet fra værten. Vi løb tør for toiletpapir og værelset var til den lille side med meget lidt gulvplads. Meget lydt fra overboen. Dog meget charmerende gade og god beliggenhed i oldtown. Overordner fint tilfreds med opholdet.
