Very little seems to go toward upgrades/general maintenance. First room - part of the flooring was yellow taped and upon inspecting, the floor tile had no foundation & seemed unable to be weight bearing. I changed rooms. Second room - toilet leaked water across bathroom floor. Other minor stuff like leaking shower hose & blocked shower rose. Bathroom floor tiles old, heavily stained and showing their age. All staff were helpful and friendly. Great location as its 2 minute walk to water front, restaurants and 10 minutes to ferry pier.

This place is in a perfect location. A hundred different places to eat within walking distance. I felt pretty safe walking around. Walked back from the Boulevard one night alone with no issues. Actually I felt safer than walking the streets of Phoenix or Minneapolis at night. Cheap rates, clean rooms, good A/C. The port is super close. Staff is really nice and helpful. Security is great and always greets you. Opens doors ect. No complaints. This is my second time staying here.

This place is perfect for a one-two night stay.... Its very covenant if you have a car or a bike also for walking. The rooms ate quiet and they have HOT showers which seem hard to find in the Philippines... Its also a 5 minute stroll to immigration which is a GIANT PLUS!

Find a different place to stay

The room is a dive. They provide you a kettle and cups but no coffee or tea. If you decide to stay here, bring your own provisions as they are lacking them. The only thing I like is that they are close to the port.
