No mini bar, 40yr old fridge with no ice storage. Mould on curtains, non smart t.v, basic sky only. Bed was not true king size just two singles pushed together which made it uncomfortable. No microwave, no toaster, kettle only. No air-conditioning, floor standing fan only.

I didn't use the laundry facility. The restaurant is closed. But breakfast was delicious loved the servers flat whites w/ caramel 😋

Leviathan Heritage Hotel Dunedin
The building has seen better days but I was surprised to find the room clean and comfortable for what I needed. With its central location it was a short walk to everywhere. All in all I was pleasantly surprised.
