Room small, very dusty & lots of hair strands in the bathroom around the sink. Needs a thorough deep clean. Dirty windows. No room to move around. Not good value give it was over $200 per night

Beach lodge motel
Nice vintage-style room. We rushed to arrive by 7pm, as the office closed at 7. We arrived at 6:50 only to find the closed sign. Had to hit the emergency button. We prepaid for breakfast, but received no details from the young man that checked us in; however a beautiful and large breakfast was delivered ...

Distinction Dunedin Hotel
Given an unexpected family room with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette with microwave plus washer & dryer. Very handy. Not so close to the main central shopping area but not too far to walk either. Paid Parking for car in the next building.
