ASURE Adrian Motel
Loved that the beach, shops, everything we needed was in walking distance, there were bus stops that were close and could get us anywhere that was too far to walk.

Kingsgate Hotel Dunedin
There is no air conditioning and our room was very warm. They do have stand alone fans which was helpful but still needed to leave the window and sliding door open over night.

Hotel obviously on the South Island coach tours Breakfast was a dogfight with most tables booked for tours Food ran out and had to wait for replacements Restaurant food (1 dinner) reasonable
