"We stayed here recently and while the room itself was beautiful and set in a stunning area, unfortunately our experience was let down by a few issues. There were constant insects throughout our stay, including a large number of ants crawling in the room and even in the bed, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep at night. "It was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Close to beach and Nelson Bay. Spiral staircase was a bit difficult due to my recovery from cancer treatment but fine for anyone younger and fit. Lovely view and quiet. "

"Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Talga. The place was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed seeing all the kangaroos on the property. It was so relaxing to stay on a vineyard. Views are beautiful. We had such a lovely sleep. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Property was near to all the local attractions but away to be able to enjoy. Highly recommend this place to anyone. "
